Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products and the provision of services by Cuir Esthética.

2. Services offered

Cuir Esthética offers the following services:

• Leather and vinyl repair and restoration
• Professional cleaning
• Coloring and recoloring
• Upholstery
• Sale of care products

3. Prices and payment

Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD), all taxes included. Cuir Esthética reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Interac
• Bank transfer (businesses)

4. Quotes and orders

For restoration services, a free quote is provided after evaluation of the item. The quote is valid for 30 days. The order is confirmed after acceptance of the quote and payment of a 50% deposit.

5. Delivery

For products ordered online, delivery is made to the address indicated at the time of order.

• Standard delivery: 3-7 business days
• Express delivery: 1-3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package.

6. Warranty

Services: Our services are warranted for 3 to 12 months depending on the type of service performed.

Products: Products sold come with a satisfaction guarantee. In case of defect, the product may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection law, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

Exceptions: Personalized services and opened/used products cannot be returned.

8. Liability

Cuir Esthética is committed to taking the utmost care in carrying out services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service. We shall not be held liable for indirect damages.

9. Claims

Any claim must be submitted within 7 days following delivery or completion of the service to: contact@cuiresthetica.com

10. Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, Canadian courts shall have jurisdiction.
